Colart is the global market leader for sustainable art materials and they are on a mission to ‘inspire every artist in the world’. Having recently embarked on an exciting transformation, Colart called upon Create + Adapt to support them through their journey. Together, we aim to build the industry’s most vibrant creative community, inside and out.
Three months ago, Colart tasked us with an exciting challenge to refine their talent acquisition strategy, grow their team and revolutionise their employer branding. By bolstering their existing sourcing methods and through our energising, personalised communication methods, we introduced them to over 500 potential candidates in just 7 weeks for various teams within the organisation. The best part of all is the raving reviews we’ve received from the Colart family on the fab talent we’ve brought in!
And it doesn’t stop there. We’re working on an innovative internal communications project revamping the employee referral programme (watch this space!), as well as spreading the word about what it’s like to work at in such a vibrant and creative environment. It goes without saying that our partnership is moving from strength to strength and the next month are filled with exciting projects.
The Colart family welcomes their employees to be creative no matter when, how or where they wish to express it. Not to mention outside of their work – the team are a proactive bunch having recently scaled the heights of Mount Everest, acquired the enviable Elephant Art Magazine and even supported the fundraising initiatives for the victims of Grenfell Tower. Their mission to inspire has seen impressive results with many of their employees praising them for being “evolving and inspiring” with “great people” at a “great company”.
With brands such as Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, LeFranc & Bourgeois, Reeves, Snazaroo, and Conte à Paris, Colart are one of the biggest players in the creative industry. By being an “incredible and fast paced place to work” Colart has allowed us to grow and strengthen their team while saving them over £20,000 in recruitment fees in the process! We’ll keep you posted on our exciting journey.
